Staying Healthy With A Seasonal Reset
Life can throw you off track from time to time. Trust me, it happens to all of us. Even those of us who devote our life to helping others get healthier. (wink!) The bottom line though, it doesn’t have to be hard to get back on track. The mental hurdle is much larger than the actual action items necessary to make it happen. And the best part, you don’t have to be perfect to start seeing the benefit of a more balanced life.
When you prioritize you and your health you’ll be surprised to see how this trickles over into all aspects of your life, giving you more energy and focus for you, your work, and your family. You don’t need a complicated, detailed detox plan (although those can be helpful to) to get back on track. All you need are the basic habits that are going to fuel your body and mind and renew your motivation to keep your health front and center.
To help my Tribe achieve this, in as quick and easy a way as possible, I decided to create a FREE 7-Day Challenge that we can move through together. And since it’s totally normal (and expected) to do awesome for awhile and then gradually start to slip into old behaviors, the Reset is offered every season! So at least four times a year you will have an easy and fun way to get back on track.
Let me take a moment to outline what will happen during the Reset. That way you’ll know exactly what you’re getting yourself into. Over the course of 7 days we will gradually be adding in 7 simple strategies that will give you energy, motivation, and excitement to get back on track. Each day you’ll receive a love note from me with inspiration, tips, and action items. You will also get to be a part of a private Facebook group of other Tribe members going through the Reset with you. You’ll receive daily inspiration and support not just from me but from an entire online community. We’re in it together and we’ll support each other along the way.
My absolute and ultimate promise is that this will be quick and easy! None of the action items will require more than 10 minutes a day; unless of course you’re an overachiever and want to do more. (I can relate to that) So even those of you with the craziest and busiest schedules, yes I’m talking to you, will have no excuse not to participate. In the end, healthy should not be hard, and with the Rustic Reset it won’t be.
