Your Remedy For Lasting Weight Loss & Improved Health

Can you relate to Kelly? A busy working mom with two young kids. She does her best to stay healthy. She grabs a piece of fruit on the way out the door when she remembers, orders a salad from the local cafe for lunch, and has her Luna Bar (& non-fat latte) to keep her going in the afternoon. She gets to her yoga class when she can and even tries to walk the dog after dinner. But she also finds it really hard to be consistent because let’s face it life gets in the way. Her best intentions for dinner get de-railed because of her kids after-school activities, she ends up working through lunch and fueling herself on coffee and maybe a sandwich, and honestly she's doing good if she can get a bowl of cereal in her and her kids before rushing out the door in the morning.

The Problem

Sound familiar? We’ve all been there. And although our resiliency and health are usually strong enough to get us through these ups and downs in our routine, over time we start to feel the effects; we’re tired all the time, our skin isn’t as clear, our clothes are getting snug and it’s just not so easy to drop weight anymore, and maybe even our sleep is not as good as it used to be.

A big reason that it’s so hard to stay on top of our health is this reality of a busy, full, stressful, yet wonderful life we live. It’s difficult to make time for everything; for work, for family, for cooking, exercise, self care, friends, etc.

Another problem though lies within our culture and what we’ve been led to believe are the answers to weight loss and improved health. There are many myths pertaining to weight loss and health, which is why so many people approach it in a way that will never lead to lasting success. There is also the very real issue of our over-exposure to processed foods and ingredients that are (frankly) keeping us fat and making us unhealthy.

The Remedy

So what does Kelly need to get out of this unhealthy cycle? What do you need? I think we all need super simple strategies that fit into our life, that work with our body’s natural rhythms, that are holistic and focus on all aspects of health, not just the immediate weight loss but also on improving digestion, blood sugar balance, detoxification, boosting the immune system, plus balancing the hormonal and nervous systems.

I’ve taken the absolute best of all my knowledge and experience over the last 15+ years and put it together into what I believe is the solution; The Rustic Remedy.
